How to make minced chicken on circular griddle (Tawa Qeema)

In this recipe we are learning about minced chicken on a circular griddle (Tawa) which is a Pakistani dish locally called “Tawa Qeema”.
This special cooking technique adds a new dimension of flavor and aroma to foods.
Tawa is a circular griddle of different sizes normally used for cooking of chapattis and Qeema refers to any of minced meat.
Ingredients Required for Chicken Tawa Qeema:
Chicken Chest or minced chicken: ½ kg
Soya Sauce: 1 Table spoon
Corn flour: 1 Table spoon
Salt: 1 tea spoon
Garlic paste: ¾ Table spoon
Ginger Paste: ¾ Table spoon
Green chilies mashed: 2 No’s
Cooking oil: ½ Cup
Onions (Chopped): 150grams
Tomatoes (Chopped): 150grams
Red chili powder: ½ Tea spoon
Turmeric powder: ½ Tea spoon
Coriander seed powder: 1 Tea spoon
Spice mix masala (Garam Masala): ½ tea spoon
Chopped coriander leaves
1. Add ginger, garlic and chili paste, salt, soya sauce and corn flour into minced chicken and marinate for half hour.
2. Heat the cooking oil, fry the onions to light brown and add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder chili powder and cook for 10 minuets.
3. Add minced meat cook until done fully and releases oil.
4. Add coriander seed, garam masala and coriander leaves and cover for a minute.
